Our retreat is conducted at SAHAJA Retreat-Yoga and Meditation, in a peaceful and tranquil environment which allows for a deeper renewal of vital energies through a daily routine of two yoga sessions, meditation, sound healing, mud thereapy, healthy yogic diet plan, comfortable accommodation in natural surroundings.
